is it possible to reduce row height?

Option to create a monthly "note" using Comments, where it is possible to provide deeper insights to reasons a month/account/etc. has been budgetted in a certain way.

When I copy dates in without time, the first row will always be 1970-01-01 regardless of what I copied in. This error does not appere when I copy dates in with time. Could this be fixed?
