Please add the feature to add multiple CellLock measures in the accoPLANNING visual.

The behaviour should be defined as previously but loop over all the CellLock measures, e.g. When measure 1 returns 1 or greater then cell should be locked. OR if measure 2 returns 1 or greater the cell should be locked.

Currently, the visual only supports 1 CellLock measure. Hence having 4 different CellLock criteria needs 24 custom CellLock measures to support all different combinations. With 5 different CellLock criteria, the amount of measures needed increases exponentiallty to 120.

By enabling multiple CellLock measures, the flexibility of the celllock functionality increases significantly.
