add support for ad hoc client side filtering in grid

Please enable the filter setting in the grid. It should only be an ad hoc filter that is not saved but reset ever when closing and opening the report. Please add it as a option in the grid setting menu as on as default.

Measure Formatting

AccoPlanning seems to ignore formatting settings applied to the measure. Fx. %-formatting is ignored and instead decimal values are returned.
