When writing a comment on a plan measure, e.g. "AmountPL", it also apears on the other measures (e.g. "P&L AC").

It would be great, if the comment showed up only on the measure it was created on.

Thank you for your feedback!
What you request is not feasible/possible. Comments are part of the "row" transaction. They aren't related to a specific measure (e.g. "AmountPL-comment").
We suggest an alternative approach: A new dropdown setting to select which measures to apply the comment flag on. By default "[All Measures]" is on, if I select something else, e.g. "[Amount PL]", the flag will only be shown on cells of that measure.
Would this cover your scenarios?

By specifying via a dropdown, which measure the comment should appear on would be a great feature!
