Version 1.1.17.6 brings the following fixes and improvements::

Implemented measure based Row update/creation lock. Lock row updates with a measure provided to a "Cell lock" data well. Lock row creation with a PBI conditional formatting measure in PBI formatting settings under "Cell locks" -> "Allow row creation"
Changed visual data loading behavior from single data fetch of up to ~30k rows. To segmented fetching of data in smaller customizable segment sizes, which get's fetched when scrolling, functioning like Lazy Loading. The new data row segment size is limited to a minimum of 100 rows, with upper limit being 30k rows or Power BI data engine limit, which ever is lower. This segment size can be set in PBI formatting panel under "Data Load" -> "Rows load size", Default is 1000
